Storage & Serving

Keep refrigerated. Allow cake to sit at room temperature for 30–60 minutes before serving, depending on the cake size, for the best texture and flavour. Store leftovers in an airtight container and enjoy within 3-4 days.

* For cakes with detachable fondant decorations (e.g. figurines or 3D toppers), remove the decorations before refrigerating, as moisture and condensation may cause them to soften or lose their shape.
